  • Debit/ATM Card

    If you ordered a debit or ATM card as part of your application, you should receive your card within 7-10 business days. If you did not order a debit or ATM card and would like one, please contact Customer Service.

  • Checks

    Your first order of checks are free and should arrive within 10-14 days if you ordered as part of your application. If you didn’t order checks and would like to place an order, please give us a call to order your checks. After your first order, you can order more checks using Online Banking!

  • Direct Deposit

    Set up direct deposit and have your paycheck sent right into your savings or checking account. To get started, complete our direct deposit form and provide it to your employer.

Funds Availability

  • During the first 30 days of your new account: 
  • Opening Deposit

    If you transferred money from an outside account to open your new account, you’ll see the deposit posted to your account within 2-3 business days. The deposit is held for 5 business days for your security.

  • Mobile Deposits

    Mobile check deposits are held for 5 business days. After 30 days, this will change to 2 business days.

  • Funds Transfers

    Transfers from other financial institutions are held for 5 business days. After 30 days, this will change to 2 business days.

  • Early Direct Deposit

    Set up direct deposit into your Radius account and you’re eligible to receive your money up to two days early. Your paycheck will be available as soon as your employer submits their payroll files to the Federal Reserve. For many, this means receiving your funds as early as Wednesday on pay week.2

  • ATM Fee Rebates

    Radius never charges its clients to use an ATM, but others will.  Rewards Checking accountholders are reimbursed each month for ATM fees charged by other financial institutions. At the end of each month, we calculate the amount in ATM fees you incurred during the month and automatically rebate your account.3 No forms to submit, no receipts to keep, it’s that easy.
