Boris is a member of the Greenhill Capital Partners investment committee and is a Managing Director of GCP Capital Partners. Mr. Gutin joined Greenhill Capital Partners in 2003. Mr. Gutin has over 15 years of private equity investment experience, with the majority of his private equity experience as an investment professional at Greenhill Capital Partners, joining shortly after its founding. Prior to joining Greenhill Capital Partners, from 1996 to 1999, Mr. Gutin was in the principal investment area (merchant banking) and leveraged finance group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Gutin was an Associate at American Securities Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity fund. Mr. Gutin is currently a Director of TransFast, ClearView Risk, Eastern Virginia Bank, First Mariner Bank, and is a board observer on Zeta Interactive and Structured Asset Holdings. He was formerly a director of Acrisure Insurance, Ironshore, Continental Bank and Hercules Offshore. Mr. Gutin is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and Harvard Business School.

Sarah has 20 years of marketing leadership experience and recently joined Tripadvisor as VP of Marketing. Previously, Sarah spent 5 years as Senior Director, Marketing at PayPal, focused on driving US consumer acquisition and engagement and forging strategic co-marketing partnerships. A passionate advocate for diversity in innovation and tech, Sarah attended the White House LGBT Innovation Summit, formerly served on the Board of Directors for Startout.org and has spoken at events including Lesbians Who Tech and LBGT Week NYC. Sarah has also served as a mentor in the eBay Women in Technology program and was recently honored at VC firm, Accomplice’s RevBoston event as one of the Top 20 Women in Tech. Originally from the UK, Sarah graduated from Lancaster University with a BA Honors in 1996, and later that year, qualified for MENSA membership. She is an active angel investor through both the Gaiangels Syndicate and the WHERE Angels fund.

Bradford is an independent advisor in the financial services industry, a position he has held since 2012. Mr. Kopp has held several executive officer positions at large financial institutions including serving from 2010 to 2012 as President and Chief Executive Officer at Bank of N.T. Butterfield and Son Limited. Mr. Kopp also served from 2007 to 2009 as Head of Strategy and Corporate Development at RBS America, and previously served as Group Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy at Citizens Financial Group, Inc. Mr. Kopp received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Mr. Kopp currently serves as a member of the board of directors of TGR Financial Inc/First Florida Integrity Bank. He previously served on the boards of Bank of N.T. Butterfield and Son Limited, Certus Holdings/Certus Bank (Chairman), Providence Mutual Fire Insurance Company, FNBNY Bancorp, Inc. and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island. Mr. Kopp also serves on the board of the Museum of American Finance in New York and has previously served on numerous other community boards including Family Service of Rhode Island, Rhode Island Foundation Finance Committee, Rhode Island Public Expenditures Council, and Rhode Island Historical Preservation Commission.

Robert is retired partner at KPMG LLP. During Mr. Kozik’s 38 year career at KPMG LLP he served as the head for the company’s Tax Risk Division in the Northeast Region as well as the partner in charge of the tax practice in New England and Upstate New York. Mr. Kozik received his undergraduate degree from Providence College and his master’s degree from Bryant College. He currently serves on the board of a not-for-profit entity, Cummaquid Golf Club.

Mr. Lenahan is responsible for managing all financial and residential portfolio operations for the Bank. Mike joined Radius in 2018 and has over 24 years of experience in financial services and public accounting roles. He previously served as an Executive Director at JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. Mike has also held senior finance roles at State Street Corporation and Investors Bank & Trust Company. Mr. Lenahan holds a Master of Science in Accounting degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in addition to his Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from The College of the Holy Cross. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. A resident of Middleborough, MA, Mr. Lenahan currently serves as the Treasurer of the Middleboro Sunday School Basketball League which provides youth development and coaching through basketball competition to over 400 Middleborough children.

Chairman of the Board
Dale is Chairman of our Board of Directors and has served in that capacity since June 2012. He has been a member of the Bank’s board since May 2008. Mr. Stuhlmiller also serves on the Board of Directors of Radius Organization Corp. Between 1995 and 2011, he was the President, Chief Executive Officer and owner of Hudson Valley Acoustical and Plastering Co., Inc., a commercial sub-contracting company, and for the twenty years prior to 1995, Mr. Stuhlmiller was the Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and a co-owner of that firm. He attended Michigan State University and the University of Buffalo. Mr. Stuhlmiller has served as a director of several different organizations including the Master Builders of the Hudson Valley and the Construction Contractors Association. He was chairman and trustee of the Empire State Carpenters Benefit Funds, Hudson Valley District Council of Carpenters Benefit Funds, and Carpenters Local 19 Benefit Funds.

Jack, CPA is a graduate of Villanova University with an undergraduate degree in accounting and a Master’s degree in Taxation. He is the founding member of GMS Surgent a thirty five person CPA firm. Mr. Surgent is also founder and Chairman of Surgent Professional Education, one of the largest providers of continuing professional education to CPA’s in the country. Mr. Surgent is a recognized expert in taxation and financial planning and has personally taught over 150,000 CPA’s over the last 30 years. Mr. Surgent recognized a shared need for better banking and as a result established Continental Bank in 2005 with the goal of providing quality banking for likeminded members of the local business community.

Rob is a Co-Founder and Principal of The Endicott Group, a private investment and advisory firm specializing in the financial services industry. Prior to founding Endicott in 1996, Mr. Usdan was an Associate Director at Sandler O’Neill & Partners, L.P. Mr. Usdan currently serves on the Board of Directors of American Business Bank. Mr. Usdan received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.

Kirk is the Managing Partner of Patriot Financial Partners and has more than 25 years of entrepreneurial banking experience. He served as Chairman, President and CEO of Continental Bank from its inception in 2005 through its sale in 2014. Mr. Wycoff also served on the investment committee of NewSpring Ventures (which he co-founded in 1999) and NewSpring Mezzanine Fund.Mr. Wycoff was Chairman and CEO of Progress Financial Corp. from July 1991 to April 2004, where he was responsible for building a small local bank into one of the Philadelphia area’s top community banks. During his more than 12 years with Progress, the bank grew from $280 million in assets and seven
Wycoff earned his BA degree in Business Administration from Franklin & Marshall College. As an active member of the community, Mr. Wycoff serves on the Board of Directors of the Lincoln Center in Bridgeport, PA which helps to provide alternative education programs for troubled youth and also helps families with life transitions.
